TO UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION **Updated August 8, 2024**:
- Castle View Bands USES PRESTO. Presto does have separate accounts for students and parents and then they separate accounts gets connected. If you are receiving emails from the Presto server, you simply need to set up your account when you get the invitation email. If you have not received an invitation, you can get set up by following the directions below.
- Go to https://app.presto-assistant.com. Once you get onto the site, below the forgot password link, click SIGNUP. This will take you to another page where you will chose student or parent. Enter an email and password. Once you confirm that you want to create an account, you'll enter this Organization Code -castleviewhsb. New accounts do need to be approved, so be patient as that process is completed.
- If you received an invitation email, you will use the invitation code instead and no approval is necessary.
- Once you are logged in, you should update any information you see fit. YOU MUST CONFIRM AT LEAST ONE ADULT IS CONNECTED TO YOUR ACCOUNT: Mom, Dad, Grandparents, as may as you like, but must be at least one. If your parent is already set up on Presto, you should just be sure that they are assigned to you. If they are not, you can invite adults from your home page. Those new accounts need to be approved, so it is wise to inform Mr. Cellar when you send the invitation. You should also let them know that they will get invitations to set up their account on occasion.

- On August 30, Mr. Cellar will run a report of who has set up their Presto account and assigned a parent to your account. EVERYONE must have a parent connect to your account in order to receive a grade!
- Also to be due on August 30 - complete the assigned form in Presto for acknowledgement of the band policies in the HANDBOOK, print out and sign the RULES AND EXPECTATIONS form, AND print out sign the TRANSPORTATION FORM. All of these forms can be accessed on the Presto System (files tab). All forms will also be available in CANVAS. ADDITIONALLY, Parents should complete the survey on the parents tab above. ALL OF THESE ITEMS WILL RECEIVE GRADES BEGINNING AUGUST 30. All forms will be collected ON PAPER at the parent meeting on August 10. All paperwork should be completed by August 10 - but grades will reflect missing paperwork by August 30.
